As a non-profit organization, we must remain rigorous in covering expenses from the time of your registration until the event is delivered. This policy meets that criteria. We thank you for your understanding.

Please ensure that you have read and understood the following policy, which applies to the purchase of Quebec Singletrack Experience 2023 products at the time of your registration. This policy also covers purchases following a postponement of a previous edition.

In the event that our organization has to cancel the 2023 event for reasons of force majeure such as, but not limited to, a pandemic, war or natural disaster, the totality of the amounts already paid will be refunded to you in the form of a credit applicable to the registration of the 2024 edition only.

No refund or credit will be offered if circumstances force the organization to shorten, modify or cancel one or more stages of the race. This also applies to all additional amenities and services offered as part of the race.

From year to year, changes may occur in the event format, fees, activities offered, amenities offered, stage locations, stage routes and other aspects of programming. No compensation will be offered for any changes.

In the event that injury, illness or personal reasons prevent you from participating in the 2023 edition, the following options are available to you

• You may transfer your registration to another person for a fee of $250.
• It is possible to postpone your registration. The totality of the sums already paid would be given to you in the form of a credit applicable to the registration of the 2024 event.
• In the event that you have no choice but to request a refund, 55% of the amount already paid will be returned to you.

 

Regardless of the request, it must be made before May 1, 2023. No credits, refunds, transfers or deferrals will be issued after May 1, 2023.

In order to protect you against various personal situations not covered by our cancellation policy, we invite you to take out travel insurance to cover these events.
